Financial Policy

We are committed to helping our patients receive the quality of care they deserve. As a long time provider, we understand that not all services a patient may require are covered under a patient's individual dental insurance plan. For that reason, we have teamed together with several finance companies that offer special financing programs with convenient payment options for those that qualify.


Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover. Because your smile is important to us, we also offer CareCredit, a health care credit card specifically designed to pay for treatment and procedures not covered by insurance. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If there is a difference in what was quoted as your copay and what was covered by your insurance company we will send you a statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure being done.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
